Connect via MCP
Give Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client the same brain over the Model Context Protocol.
For interactive coding agents, MCP is usually simpler than the REST API: the agent discovers the tools itself, and access is granted by a person through OAuth instead of a pasted key.
The hosted server is at https://app.synqed.dev/api/mcp (EU: https://eu.synqed.dev/api/mcp).
claude mcp add --transport http synqed https://app.synqed.dev/api/mcpRun /mcp inside Claude Code to sign in.
MCP or REST?
| MCP | REST API | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Interactive agents (Claude Code, Cursor) | Services, sync jobs, custom agents |
| Auth | OAuth — the agent acts for the person who connected it | Workspace API key |
| Sees | What that person can see | What the key's data access allows |
| Revoke | Settings → Agents → Disconnect | Settings → API keys → Revoke |
Both surfaces read and write the same brain, through the same permission and visibility checks.
