Regions
Each workspace lives in exactly one data region. Use that region's base URL.

EU workspaces are stored and processed entirely in Europe: database, encryption keys, embeddings, and language models. Requests are never routed across regions.
A key encodes its region in its prefix — sk_live_us_… or sk_live_eu_…. Sending a key to the other region's base URL fails with 401 wrong_region, and the error message names the right URL.
